On tap. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta nebbioso. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

Can Bought rather accidentally, but I don't mind after all. This is indeed very classic weizen. Banana, clove, coriander. It has everything good weizen should have.

Gold with a frothy, white head of moderate duration. Sweetish, cereal aroma. Like fresh grains with sugar sprinkled on top. Taste is follows nose, sweetish with a wishy-washy end lacking any sign of hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied, balanced carbonation, decent chewiness. Drinkable.

Keg draught at Babelas, Leicester. Light gold, clear with a small white head. Gentle aroma, slightly grainy and corny with some gummy resin. Sweet taste, heavy on the corn syrup but with a decent malt character. Heavy carbonation hides the watery body. All in all, it's okay.
