Bottle. Lemon peel, sour milk and light barley malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with a moderate head. Lightly tart lemon peel and barley malt flavor. Medium body. Nice beer.

Tap from brewpub. Nice creamy, barley malt aroma. Medium yellow color with small head and mild effervescence. Slightly sweet creamy barley malt and mildly bitter herbal/hay hops flavor. Good body. Nice creamy aftertaste. An excellent Helles.

Tap from brewpub. Sweet caramel malt and grass aroma. Tan color with large head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet chocolate-caramel malt flavor with a mildly bitter hay and smokey finish. Good body. An excellent beer.

Würzig-getreidiger Antrunk, wenig aber durchgehend malzig. Im Mittelteil etwas würziger werdend, angenehm. Deutlich hopfig wird es ab dem hinteren Mittelteil, im Abgang bleibt es hopfig, eine leichte herbe stößt hinzu. Der Hintergrund wirkt etwas wässrig.
