Muddy orange-golden color; compact head. The aroma is mild. The flavor shows some reasonably good malt, with light cereals and crispy touch, and also some sweetness, compared to most dry Helles. Ordinary bitterness. A light trace of dirty water.

Muddy blond color; creamy head. Initially there is a quite pleasant hop aroma, but it’s not lasting. The flavor has all of the good components: some crispy malt and a grassy hopping; but these are quite mild. Therefore the beer is pleasant, but not exciting.

Cloudy brown color; creamy head. It has a mild but nice caramel aroma, a bit nutty. Caramel flavor, quite good, but a bit too much on the dry side to be really captivating; it has a nutty touch, and the darker malts also create a trace of chocolate; low hopping, the bitterness comes almost only from the caramelized sugars. Pleasant.

Tap. Cherry malt aroma. Hazy yellow color with small head. Sweet cherry malt flavor with very light astringency. Nice smooth beer. A very light bock.

Tap. Nutty toffee malt aroma. Cloudy red-brown color. Candied nutty toffee malt flavor (like a Heath bar) with just a touch of hops. Nice flavor - on the sweet side but a bit light.

Tap. Raspberry malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with a moderate head. Strong creamy malt flavor with just a light kiss of hops. Great full bodied malt flavor. Stellar - everything a Helles should be.

Tap. Strong banana, orange and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Sweet orange, lemon, banana and wheat malt flavor. Slightly tart finish. Nice full body/light carbonation. Very nice.

Tap from brewery. Banana-lemon and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-amber color with moderate thick head. Ripe banana/orange and wheat malt flavor. Moderate carbonation. Very nice - slightly drier than their regular Weizen.

SEHR getreidig-malziger Antrunk, absolut eigen, sehr hopfig. Spätestens im Mittelteil wirkt das Bier zu süß und deutlich überwürzt, hell-malzig, wenig CO2. Auch der relativ hopfige Abgang wirkt sehr eigen. Mir gefällt es weniger. Test vom 20.5.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,8,7,7,-,7 - 7,47

Malziger und sehr wässriger Antrunk, etwas süßlich. Auch wenn der Mittelteil malziger wird ist das Bier immernoch wässrig. Im Abgang sind kaum Aromen vorhanden, das Bier ist leicht herb. Dürftig. Test vom 20.5.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,7,7,5,-,6 - 6,57
