On tap @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata appena velata, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note agrumate e di frutta tropicale, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è equilibrata, con base di malto media e chiusura amara secca, pulita. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Ottima!

Keg at GBBF ‘19, day three, 08/08/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, grass, tangerine, faint bread dough. Taste comprises light citric zest, straw, airy malts, melon, light orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable blonde number.
