Last of my Eisbock-Week. 0,75 l bottle purchased at their booth at Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. A darkest brown in the glass, only reddish edges. Small light beige head. Intensive malty fruity aroma, dried plum, caramel, some resin. Taste starts dark fruity with dried plums and berries. Resin, some wood elements, caramel. Yes, also sweet and sticky. Very balanced, hidden alcoholic. Really nice one.

Poured from 1L swing top bottle (pkg April 2023). Hazy medium dark brown with small beige head. Very malty, a bit sweet. Simple, but decent.

At Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. Black in the glass, small pale beige head. Malty aroma, some choco. Taste starts dark malty, also choco and malt. Present fruity background. Low carbonated as expected. Nice low bitterness in the aftertaste. 09.11.2024.
Second try, 0,5 bottle at home, 31.10.2025: Black in the glass, more than one finger beige head. Intensive malty, dark berries and choco on the nose. Taste is also malty, fruity, soft coffee bitterness. Low carbonated. Mid oily texture. Thanks to TJ for this bottle.

Many thanks to Gabriel for this 2024 bottle. Tight white foamy head on a cloudy dull golden coloured body. Zesty, earthy & chalky aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & sharp on the clean back. Zesty citrus, lemon, orange, chalky & lightly hopped tastes with a tangy finish. Excellent on one of the first warm nights of July.
