0,33 l bottle. Cloudy dark red brown. One finger light beige head. Sweet malty smell. Taste starts malty, with some sweetness, increasing dry an roasty. Chestnuts, hints of licorice. Creamy and a little bit sticky. Warming in the aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle from craft beer shop, drunk watching Foundation after walking 10km with a stroller. Dark brown, tan head, cacao and chocolate malt nose. A bit of sweetness, big chocolate and caramel flavor, not too complex, pretty smooth with mild bitterness. Enjoyable one.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 28.08.2024) im 2023-03 getrunken. Dieses dunkelbraune Bock startet mit kräftigen Malznoten und Schokoladennote mit einer leichten Süße. Alles zusammen sehr ausgewogen. Wieder ein tolles Senatsbock von Blocksbräu!

Bottle from dunklermessiah as part of Euroswap, many thanks man. Brown color with medium off-white head. Aroma is malty, honey, dark alt, caramel, light fruity notes. Taste is sweet malt, honey, fruity notes, malt. Alcohol is well hidden.
