Trocken bitterer Geruch nach roter Johannisbeere, so wie ich sie aus dem Garten kenne. Im Geschmack ist die Johannisbeere dann auch deutlich erkennbar, leider zu süß. In dieser Intensität mit Ähnlichkeiten zu Fruchtsaft, geringe aber zu erwartende Trockenheit. 6/8/9/8/7/8

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Klare orange gelbe Farbe. Der Geruch ist angenehm fruchtig süß, Apfel, Birne, rote Früchte. Der Geschmack ist mild süß, sehr fruchtig, rote Beeren, Äpfel, interessant!

1l-bottle Bottle from Rewe in Sinsheim. Sourish-fresh and extreme dry. The apples and pears are there, but very dry and sourish. Easy to drink with not too much depth in the aftertaste. Crisp and clear.

1l-bottle Bottle from Rewe in Sinsheim. Fresh sourish beginning. Lots of sourish red / black current. The apples and pears are in the background, round and smooth body with a nice fresh fruity sourish ending. Full and refreshing!

Bottled. A light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apply with a slight acidic note. The flavor has a weird apple note combined with some acidic notes, leading to a dry acidic finish. The mouthfeel is thin and very sparkling due to a high level of carbonation.

Bottle. 100cl. (thx to Hildigöltur) A rather boring cider I think. It pours clear, pale yellow, without any head. Green apples and a little yeasty note in both aroma and flavor. Medium body and a little bit of fizzyness. Apples and yeast-notes in the finish as well. There’s some astringency in it, but it is a rather boring, but refreshing cider. (070510)
