Description
Heist opened its doors in 2012, as Charlotte’s only Craft Brewpub. Originally brewing on a 10HL German brewhouse, we have opened a 30 barrel production facility. Heist focuses on small batch beer ranging from traditional Belgian Table Beers, Saisons, to IPA's and Double IPA’s, to Porters and Imperial Stouts. Above all, Heist is an experience. Enjoy!

“Art comes in many forms – from brewing and cooking, to architecture and painting. Heist was built to showcase the artistic talent of creative individuals who share a true passion for their craft”

Month old pint can A: Clear bubbly pale gold with a short, quick head. S: Light toast, hay and a touch of honey. T: Mild hay and herb bitterness with dry toasty and tart fruity notes. Sweetness from the nose is absent. M: Clean and dry. Prickly carbonation gives a peppery aspect. O: Simple but tasty flavors. Light and very crushable.
