Clear violet, no head. The aroma abs some sugars, but the herbs are still dominant - mint and basil. No harsh alcohols. The taste is sweet with a strong balancing tart ascorbic note and some pretty clean but hot alcohol. Not stellar, but not bad either.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear reddish orange mead with a small white ring. Aroma of sweet honey, riped apples, cinnamon. taste of sweet cherries, some honey, quite sweet, boozy.

Many thanks to dnicolaescu for this 75cl bottle. Sweetish cherry nose. The mead starts extreme sticky. The cherries are there, the mead is sweetish with honey and sweetish cherries. Fruity, no alcohol there. Very soft and mild, the ABV is not there in the aroma. Full-flavoured, herbal honey hints in the aftertaste, sweetish cherries over honey and herbal parts. Nice.

Sample, BOTTLE 75 CL. Clearest pale straw, no head. Smells like an air freshener, honey, flowers and a bit chemical. The taste is much truer - dry honey taste, the apples actually gives it a nice twist - fruity and perfumey, warming alcohol.

Sample, BOTTLE 75 CL. Clear golden. Some honey perfume, nice oxidized notes, pleasant alcohol spice. The taste has a good honey sweet start and pleasant notes of oxidation, warming alcohol. Very nice.

BOTTLE 75 CL. Bright pink-red. The aroma is mostly honey, very little cherries and somewhat harsh but mostly clean alcohol. The taste is way too sweet and syrupy. Unidimensional and lacking complexity. The sugars hides even the slightest hints of alcohol.
