Dark brown beer with thin blond head. Aroma is malty and medium roasted. Flavour is malty, little metallic and roasted. Carbonation is convenient and that with medium body makes this very nice to drink. Nice beer that I drink willingly one pint and maybe sometimes other too.

50cl can (Thanks Fatphil)- Brown in colour with a slight hazy appearance. Metallic aroma with a light fruity scent. Thin malty with taste with mild bitterness and a light hint of caramel. Thin and watery and easy to drink. Not too bad but needs more kick and I think it would taste better from a bottle.

Bottled (BB 07/2008)
Ruby red color, mostly vanishing head. Sweet nose with saccarine, toasted malts and brown sugar - aroma is crossover of Finnish Christmas beers and Estonian dark lagers (Saku Tume). Crisp carbonation. Typical Nokian flavors: roasted, burned malty with odd yeasty or vegetably notes with caramel malts mixed in. In the aftertaste alcoholic notes with some grassy bitterness. More less a copy of Nokian’s Pääsiäisolut.

Malty sweet taste, grainy as well and quite dry. Spritzy and yet rather smooth mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Grainy and some chocolate aftertaste.
