Draught at Teerenpeli Kaisaniemi, Helsinki. Mahogany colour, creamy head. Lingonberry aroma. Medium sweet and light bodied. Fruity with some light roasty malt and some rye bread flavour. Low bitterness. Rather unusual.

Dark amber to brown color. The caramel flavor is dominant, there is a pleasant touch of smoked malt; the body has a good structure, but much less sticky than other doppelbocks; it shows some alcohol.

Very dark color with red shades. Some aroma of malt, yeast and roasted malt. Dry mouthfeel, medium structure, the flavor is basically dark caramel with a bubblegum touch (the yeast). Not my kind.

Amber color. The aroma is too light. The flavor shows more clearly the smoked malt, not invasive, with some dry malt flavor and the necessary bitterness. Dry as many beers from the brewery, but pleasant and flawless.

Clean blond color. Light aroma of malt. The taste is not exceptional, but there is some crispy malt with traces of Pilsener hopping. Not too bad, but they should dare more.

Dark ruby color, small off-white head. Fruity and sweet nose - toffee, menthol, caramel. Easy to drink as a doppelbock - crisp mouthfeel. Sweet malts in the flavor. Sticky mouthfeel, hints of licorice. Alcoholic finish. Typical Teerenpeli-beer, clean but same time a bit boring.

Draught@Teerenpeli, Tampere, still 4.7%. Dark rubyish coppery colour, small white head. Aroma is almost nothing, slightly cinnamon, clove, malts and some yeast. Flavour is malts, hops, spices (clove and cinnamon). Also some slight other spices. Quite watery, but indeed a Christmasbrew. Claims on webpages to be "new", but I think that might refer to the fact they didn’t have it last year, since a quick look at the other ratings of it seem to be quite similar to mine.

Draught. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy and a bit grassy. Flavour is grassy, fruity and over all quite sweet (sugary). Fells like a bit "greenish". Typical Teerenpeli notes...
