Bottle shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Sticky intense concentrated beginning. The cider is intense with lots of quince aroma there, fruity tart with an sticky quince-typical aftertaste. Very concentrated and sweetish.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Floral fresh beginning. The thyme and the rose are there behind the apples, spicy dark with the not too sweetish apples in the back. Herbal apple aftertaste with not too much sweetness but still a bit sticky. Nice herbal though.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Smooth fresh apples. Only hints of coffee in the aftertaste, the cider is round and smooth, not too sweetish and very nice balanced. Round with coffee aroma in the back. Interesting.
