330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, chestnut colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish malty, yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dried fruit, raisin, plum. Taste is sweet-ish malty and slightly dry, yeasty fruity, notes of dried fruit, raisin, plum, hints of fruit parings, a touch of clove, liquorice and mandarine. Harmonious - nice.

Bottle. Clear yellow/gold with a tiny white head. Aroma of lemons and herbs. Taste is fruity, herbal and spicy like sweet fruit drops. Berries, lemons and an assortment of forest herbs. Dry finish. Medium carbonation. Balanced and very refreshing. Reminds me of Almdudler in a good way. Surprisingly nice.

Draft @ Bielefelder Bierfest #3. Light brown/copper with a huge foamy white head. Aroma of malts, grains and some hops. Taste is malts, grains, slightly fruity, caramel and a little bit of earthy hops. Medium to strong carbonation. Very balanced. Could drink this one all evening. They make nice bread as well.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Fruity and spicy, slightly woody aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of quince and banana, a touch of juniper berry, grassy-herbal overtones. Taste is tart-ish, dry, fruity and spicy, minimally tannic, woody, hints of quince, unripe apricot; lively carbonation. Nice.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Husky malty, doughy yeasty aroma, hints of protein, a touch of morello. Taste is minimally sweet, fruity, malty, minimally tart-ish, hints of morello, a touch of banana. Märzen with a Belgian twist.

Bottle courtesy of trade with Boris - cheers! Pours dark brown with a maroon tint and a very short lasting beige head. Aroma of chocolate, bread, caramel, malt and moderate roasting. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, with a slight sour hint. Medium plus body, smooth oily texture, soft carbonation. Very likeable.

330ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby glimmer and slightly late awakening, average to huge, dense, foamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of treacle, pumpernickel, dark caramel, a touch of rye spiciness. Taste is roasty dark malty, hints of dark chococate, some residual sweetness covers hints of treacle and pumpernickel, dark caramel, some rye spiciness, well regulated hoppy counterweight; minimally sticky palate.

Leichtes Gushing. Süßlicher, hell getreidig-malziger Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, getreidig bleibend, weich. Süffig, monoton. Leicht steigende Herbe zum Ende. 8/8/9/8/8/8

Deutlicher Pfirsich Geruch. Geringe Süße, Aromen von halbreifem Pfirsich, fast keine Herbe. Moderat kräutrig, sehr süffig, der Hintergrund wird mit der Zeit wässrig. Langer fruchtiger Nachhall. Überraschend. 10/10/9/10//10
