5/8/2018. 0.1l pour at Lorsbacher Thal, Frankfurt. Pours clear and almost colourless very pale yellow gold. Aroma of sweet apples and with a saké element to it with slight perfumed notes. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitterness or sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.
