Time to drink this beer for a second time, just before to go to Spain. Best before in 2021 but it was ok, a bit soily, herbal, dry malt, resinous aroma, hop, bitter and citrus, on the way of a brewdog punk ipa but in a more heavy version, 23.10.22, drinking it at Epalinges.

A colaback beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has smooth smokyness, ham, caramel, enjoyable. Taste has caramelly body, roastiness, there is smoky, but unfortunately it's too mild, some smoked ham. Medium bodied. Taste is not so smoky as it could be, but it's a bad criticism from me, which is not needed, great beer. 8 8 7 8 7 .

Drinking this beer for a second time, on saturday, at home, preparing the meal for the birthday of my wife. Light smoked beer, enjoyable, watery, cereal, light touch of bitterness, basic but it is ok, perfect in my kitchen, 12.02.24
