20cl draft @ Iso-Kallan taproom.
Dorée sur un léger voile, col blanc moyen.
Arôme est sur une approche assez bruxellois DLS pour une saison - brett - léger fruité des houblons en retrait.
Palais vers une base houblonnée assez florale rappelant le sureau - repris en support par ce côté levure BE/FR - note fruité aussi vers la groseille et abricot et une finalité citronnée légère. Le tout garde cependant une sensation de bouche bretté rappelant le côté DeLaSenne. C'est correcte san pour cela être dénué de petites erreurs.

Léger doré/vile, col blanc.
Arôme est assez classique - malté, grains fwd, houblonné noble en support allant vers le fleuri tout en ayant ce caractère du miel.
Palais est sec, malté, pointe presque fumée, finement fleuri - un peu organique - mielleux en support (miel fait partie de la bière). Assez sec, orienté sur les céréales en support. Légère, facile à boire - bitter de soif rehaussée avec l'apport du miel sans pour cela être trop douce.

Yellow color with a small white head. The light aroma features red and white currant berries. Light-bodied. Quite watery, with a shallow sourness and a hint of gooseberry tartness in the flavor. Mild in taste and easy to drink. K-Supermarket Karjaranta.

Second round for this beer, during the last tuesday at home. Again, the experience was positive, a smooth smocked beer with a side of smocked beech, not heavy, lovely side of toffee, a bit sweet, some hop, bottle coming from Amstein, 13.05.22.

Second round for a bottle coming from Amstein. Tasting this one yesterday with my wife. For me, it was a good experience, really smooth, smocked but it is not disgusted, nice touch of toffee, a bit sweet, some hop at the final, subtle, 05.10.22, at Epalinges.
