Time to drink this beer for a second time, just before to go to Spain. Best before in 2021 but it was ok, a bit soily, herbal, dry malt, resinous aroma, hop, bitter and citrus, on the way of a brewdog punk ipa but in a more heavy version, 23.10.22, drinking it at Epalinges.

A colaback beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has smooth smokyness, ham, caramel, enjoyable. Taste has caramelly body, roastiness, there is smoky, but unfortunately it's too mild, some smoked ham. Medium bodied. Taste is not so smoky as it could be, but it's a bad criticism from me, which is not needed, great beer. 8 8 7 8 7 .

Drinking this beer for a second time, on saturday, at home, preparing the meal for the birthday of my wife. Light smoked beer, enjoyable, watery, cereal, light touch of bitterness, basic but it is ok, perfect in my kitchen, 12.02.24

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black, small head. Heavily roasty nose with ash and dark chocolate. Mid sweet with medium to full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Ashy dark chocolate. Long bitter finish.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale amber, small head. Aroma of marmelade and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy mat, marmelade and pears, Mildly peppery finish.

Gusher bottle. Murky chestnut brown colour, big white head and lace. Woody and nutty nose. Light-bodied. Some dark fruits, nuttyness in the flavour which otherwise is quite shallow. Maybe some yeast problems as bottle was heavy gusher.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black, small brown head, Aroma of bourbon oak chips. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and coffee, coconut and bourbon from the barrel. Peppery really bitter finish.
