Description
Iso-Kallan Panimo was founded in 2013 in the heart of the Finnish Lake region, in Kuopio.

Our Brewery produces beers, long drinks and lemonades. We get Inspiration for our products from the huzzle and buzzle of the world as well as the laid-back attitude of the Savo region.

If you find yourself in Kuopio, come and visit our store & taproom. During the summer we also have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a fresh pint in the sun.

330ml. Amber colour, small white head. Wheaty banana aroma. Light-bodied. Banana, Belgian style spicey yeastyness. A bit dirty vibe. Decent maltyness. Tolerable.

330ml. BB 08/2026. Hazy amber-brown colour, small steady beige head and lace. Toffee, bread, herbs in the nose. Medium-bodied. Toffee, fruits, nuttyness and some odd medicinal vibe - maybe not in top condition.

0,33l bottle from Juustoportti Kuopio. Bbe 5/25. Bit hazy dirty light brown beer with medium, stable head. Aroma and flavor is yeast and herbs. Quite light and mild, bit thin and lame compared to typical saisons.

0,33l bottle from Juustoportti Kuopio. Bbe 10/25. Dark golden beer with small head. Aroma is malts, caramel, hay and honey. Flavor follows. Bit heavy, should be more crispy.

Bottle (from Alko web). Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolate, nutty, liquorice, some mild toffee and a bit alcohol sweetness. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, nutty, roasted and mild toffee tones to it. Aroma is bit too much on the roasted/ashy side of things, but otherwise a nice one!
