In 2016, our family owned, award winning hard cider company was launched in Pendleton County, West Virginia. From the simple idea of making small batches of hard cider in our basements to bringing our company to life, our goal has always been to share our passion for making fun, flavorful, and refreshing hard cider to enjoy with friends and family while making an impact in the communities we serve. Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle poured into a glass. Pale golden. Aroma is cardamom, medium body, and little carbonation. Taste pumpkin, apples, and cardamom.

Bottle. Apple and dry hay aroma. Golden yellow color. Lightly sweet apple and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Body very light. Okay - basic.

Bottle. Musty straw, honey, and apple aroma. Medium yellow. Dry herbal hay and apple flavor. Good body - herbal finish. Nice.

Bottle: Clear....very pale gold with no head. Grass, apple aroma. Taste is mildly sour green apple. Definitely has a different sort of herbal tone to it.....very dry.....

Bottle (from Rater #1). Pineapple and apple juice aroma. Cloudy pale yellow. Moderately sweet pineapple/light apple and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body. Tasty.

Bottle. Caramel and apple aroma. Golden yellow. Lightly sweet caramel and apple flavor. Good body. Much drier than I expected from a caramel cider.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle poured into a white wine glass. Aroma is dry apples, medium body, light carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is dry apples and a little pineapple. Quite dry, hoped for more fruit flavor.

Bottle (courtesy of Weihenweizen). Very fresh hay/grass and sour apple aroma. Medium yellow. Minimally sweet apple, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Pretty dry - pleasant.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is tart dry. Apple, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel and tangy Apple. Best Swilled Dog so far.
