Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear light amber with small off-white head. Aroma is dry apple, medium/light body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dry cider, some floral, and a little hibiscus.

Apple, vinous blackberry nosé (hee hee). Clear rosé. Dry apple with tangy midpalate and dry-ish return. Green lifesavers when quaffed. Light body, easy carbonation. Very enjoyable.

$2.30 can from Parkhurst Wine Shop at Rainbow Hill. My can says 6.9% abv. My first WV tick, strange, right? Pours clear golden with a dusting of a white head. Aroma is sweet apple, candied caramel, dust. Flavor is semi-sweet apple, light caramel (not overly sweet, not candied).

Bottle. Apple, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove aroma. Pale yellow. Moderate sweet-tart apple, pumpkin, and cinnamon/nutmeg/clove flavor. Good body. Very pleasant.

Keg at Iron Horse Tavern. Clear pale golden. Aroma of sweet apples, mild tartness, mild apple skins and caramel. Taste is caramel, vanilla, tart apple. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Not overly sweet or gimmicky like I feared. Solid cider.
