Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, a bit moldy-soapy. More and more spicy notes. Finish well balanced, less moldy. Okay.

Bottle from Haus der kulinarischen Landstraße, Konken (Pfalz). slightly hazy in the glass, grainy nose. The beer starts grainy with a watery body. Not too deep with lots of grain in the aftertaste. refreshing but watery with a yeasty dusty grainy and moderate bitter body. Grainy watery in the aftertaste with a dry and slightly bitter finish.
