Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass dark brown, almost black. Small head. Roasty-malty aroma. Starts fine malty, roasty, earthy. Bitter background. Some hints of bitter coffee, some chocolate. Finish well balanced, dry-roasty-malty. Nice!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Starts fine malty, spicy, some herbal notes. Fine fruity hoppy notes as well, some lemon. Fine bitter background. Finish well balanced. Interesting one!

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery. BB 12/25. Cloudy golden in the glass, small one finger white head. Fruity caramel aroma. Taste starts with bitterhop, floral fruity elements, malty. Reminds me to a Pale Ale. Increasing pale grainy with honey. Not a typical Maibock but not bad at all.

Clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild pumpkin spices, cinnamon, caramel. Taste of pumpkin spices, red malt, caramel, moderate bitterness.

A orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of bacon, sweet caramelized malt, ham. Taste of caramelized dark malt, smoked malt, bacon, wood. Okay.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine malty-smokey aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more smokey, a bit earthy. Some bacon hints. Finish more balanced, dry-malty, light metallical touch. Not bad.

Stark rauchiger und angenehm süßer Geruch. Im Antrunk nur mild süß, fast wässrig. Moderat rauchig, etwas herb, leicht holzig. Süffig, schwacher Abgang. 9/8/7/8/9/8

Gewürziger, allerdings auch wässriger Beginn mit eher schwachen Kürbisnoten. Mild herb, gewürzig, trocken. Mittellanger Abgang. Naja.. 8/7/7/7/9/7

0,33 l bottle from the source. Cloudy ruby with an one finger foamy pale beige head in the glass. Looks good. Smokey bacon with malt on the nose, some sweet elements. Taste is more on the malty side, less but present smoked bacon and fresh fire wood. Thins out in the second part. Low carbonated. Nice.
