Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is allspice, cinnamon, basically christmas, bratapfel. Taste is sweet bratapfel, the spices are quite restrained, quite sweet. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Not bad, but I think I preferred the Winter is coming, which was more drinkable.

Bottle. Clear golden color with tiny head. Aroma is winter spices, bratapfel indeed. Taste is the same, all the christmas spices, a bit sweet, but actually quite balanced. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Not bad, but very christmasy. Heated up this is really just a nice and balanced example of mulled cider, which is probably less alcoholic than most mulled wine.

Bottle, a bit of a gusher. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is apples, pears, some dusty notes, a bit earthy. Taste is again apples and pairs, something weirdly vegetal, foamy carbonation. Feels surprisingly dry. I gotta say this grew on me more and more with every sip. Starting at 3.0, ending at 3.4

Smooth mild and fruity beginning. Fruity apples, slightly sweetish with nice rhubarb in the aftertaste. Great fruity, not too sweetish, nice balanced.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer colour, small white lacing. Aroma of tart apples and sulfur. Taste of mild tart apples, sweet apples, some sulfur.

Smooth fruitiness. Quite sweetish, neutral with not too much aroma in the back. Fruity but very plain.

33cl bottle. A clear pale yellow colour, small white ring. Aroma of mild sweet apple juice, sulfits. Taste of moderate sweet apples, sulfits, no sourness. Easy!

Relativ süßer, rund apfeliger Start. Weich apfeliger Mittelteil, etwas trocken, passend. Geringe Intensität, natürlich, gut trinkbar. 10/9/9/8/6/9
