Many thanks to rosenbergh for this beer! The beer is smooth and fruity. Not too deep, hints of banana, more clove. Round and smooth, not much bitterness. Round but not too much depth.

Many thanks to rosenbergh for this beer! Smooth neutral beginning. Not too intense but nice and easy to drink. Not too intense, but floral smooth. Not much bitterness in the aftertaste, fresh and a bit grainy.

Smell of herbs, coriander. Hazy yellow / lemon colour, white head. Aroma of rosemary, coriander, herbs. Finishes with grain and straw, a faint of paper. Also slightly soapy and alkaline. Mildly sweet. Some attempted freshness but doesn’t really succeed. Slick texture, wild but soft carbon.

[ As Mathildedalin La Mer ].Clear light to medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, mesk, light to moderate hoppy, grass, plastic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, mesk - mash, grain, vegetables, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150724]
