330ml bottle from Alko. Pours clear orange with a smooth head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, earthiness and citrus. Taste is sweet, yeasty and ripe fruity with some earthiness, citrus and farmyard. Finish is stuffy, yeasty, sweetish and ripe fruity. A bit stuffy and yeasty Belgian ale.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 20/04/2017, 20160930) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A brew that tasted like an old one. Sweetness overtook the hops.

33cl bottle from Stockmann Herkku, Helsinki. Pours clear golden with a small, white head. Fairly yeasty and somewhat fruity aroma with hints of citrus, tropical fruits and sour green apples. Moderate sweet with yeasty and fruity flavours, some acidity and a moderate to medium bitter finish. Smell of malt, grass. Cloudy amber colour, high white head. Aroma of malt, grass, earth. Bitter. Almost more like English bitter than pilsner. Lively carbon. Fresh. Light body. A good pilsner, but only a good pilsner.

A colablack beer, a head is quite small and beige. Aroma has bready maltyness, roastiness of coffee, some liquriice and something unspecified and unbalanced notes. Taste has coffee and roastiness, some sweetness and herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Some bothering notes are there. Decent.

Bottle from Alko. Poured dense black color with a thin but lasting brown head. Aroma has oatmeal, licorice, milk chocolate. Milky, sweet oaty with licorice notes in flavor. Milk chocolate, some roastedness and vanilla in finish. Smooth and tasty, surprisingly light considering the abv though

Aroma has roasted malt, coffee, vegetables and mild sewer aromas. Also pea soup and tobacco. Palate is very low on CO2. Flavour has ash, tobacco, some roastiness, mild coffee tones and some menthol. Finishes with faint traces of alcohol. Good, could work better with CO2.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is fruity, toffeeissh roasted and some wooden notes. Flavour is roasted, toffeeish, coffeeish and some wooden notes. Balanced and quite pleasant.
