Bottle [as Tilburg 2009 Honingbier] @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, small off - white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly sourish, slightly honey, a bit weird. Average body, fizzy carbonation. Earlier Rating: 2/22/2013 Total Score: 3.9 (8-4-8-4-15) 33cl bottle @ home. Hazy dark orange to light red color, full sized a bit creamy beige head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma of malts, lightly sweet, vineous, slightly herbs or spices. Quite rich. Taste malts, pretty vineous again, slightly herbs or spices, honey, lightly yeast, caramel. Nice aftertaste of malts, a slight bitter and a bit vineous again. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Nicely balanced. One of the best beers from Sint Servattumus I’ve tasted.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. [Might be an alias of one of the other Servattumus beers, but so far it’s unclear]. Clear orange to light amber color, huge fizzy off - white head that lasts for decent while. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, herbs or spices. Do get a slight touch of strawberry but it doesn’t work with this beer at all imo. Way to much carbonation, average body. Earlier Rating: 11/14/2013 Total Score: 1.3Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes @ weekly tasting. Gusher! Murky brownish color, huge fizzy off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell malts and something weird. Taste malts, alcohol, caramel. Fizzy carbonation, average body. Totally unbalanced. Bad beer.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy orange to amber colour with a huge off-white head. Gushed also. Not a ?dubbel? colour. Smells farty, unfresh, sweet. Tastes cinnamon, sweet, malts.. Pretty horrible to be honest. Thin to medium body, way too much carbo. This must be an amateur brew. It?s like it?s brewed from a can.

Hazy pinkish orange brown colour, white head. Aroma of strawberry jam, peach candy, sweet syrup of canned peaches (the liquid in a can of canned peaches), apple and some grains. Sweet flavour, canned peaches, strawberry jam. Sweet finish. Not quite my taste.
(From 33cL bottle @ weekly tasting, Benzai’s place, Oirschot. Thanks for sharing, Rene!)
