Started in 1992 as a hobby, Sint Servattumus has now grown into a fully-fledged traditional brewery where brewing is still done with real Schijndel hops!

Bottle, 8.5%. Sweet aroma, malty and sugary. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is extremely sweet. Has a bit of spice as well, seems to come from the yeast. Distinct alcohol note in the finish. Tastes good, but could be less sweet.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear brown with an orange hue and a beige head. Roasted aroma with some vanilla. Medium body, roasted malt, dark fruitiness and sweet licorice. Hardly any bitterness. Pleasant but not really Stout-like at all. 241009

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy pale amber with an off-white head. Sweet, fruity aroma with a little caramel. Solid body, very sweet fruit- honey? well not so distinct but probably adds to the total sweetness. No bitterness but a warming alcohol in the finish. 241009

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and berries, leading to a dry fruity finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Flavour was sweet with roasted malt, chocolate and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle, 8.5%. Aroma of dark malts, fruity and a bit of spice. Muddy dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is sweet and roasted. Nicely caramelly. Vinous finish. Tastes better than it looks.
