Hazy dark chestnut color. Light aroma, with sweet wood and apples, and an imagination of smoke. It doesn’t have much body, even weaker at the end; there is some mild caramel flavor and very light smoked touch, light apples; the final is a bit harsh. This one as well shows some problems, with the lagering probably.

Hazy amber color. It has an apple aroma and flavor, so I think the fermentation had some trouble... Some caramel flavor, low bitterness. Too simple.

Cloudy amber color. It has a mild hop aroma, and apples (again?), less interesting than the Festival IPA. But the mouthfeel is better, robust, with good malt and toffee flavor, sweet, and with a good bitterness, pleasant both for its strength and aromatic power. A very good American IPA.

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet matly with spicy notes of coriander. The flavor is sweet malty and hoppy with spicy notes of coriander and anise, leading to a dry finish which is slightly bitter.

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A hazy red-brown beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty combined with light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and caramel as well as light notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

Opaque black with a big and lasting light brown head. Delicoius roast malt aroma with licorice and chocolate and a touch of smoke. Quite sweet with lots of chocolate in the flavour, and a dry burnt malt finish.
