Barrel-aged, not sure what kind of barrel but I’m thinking red wine by the heavy vinous notes. Veins of cabernet and honey, with oak, caramel, dates, figs, and vanilla, with a tart finish laced with a little funk. Tasty.

Draught, half pint. @ArteSants, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.513 Global - #839 United States of America - #1 Monnik Beer Co. (My Brewery #242 from the States)] Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma: spiced rye, lemon and earthy hops. Taste: citrus and lemony Next one please!
