A brewpub located in the heart of the Germantown - Schnitzelburg neighborhood of Louisville, KY. We have up to 20 beers on tap, brewed on-site.

Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, straw, and plastic aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body - strong plastic aftertaste. Would have been pretty good if not for the chlorophenol issues.

Apple, honey, barley malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet apple, honey, barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Very nice.

Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Moderately sweet chocolate malt and moderately bitter hay flavor. Great body and balance. Smooth -hides its strength well.

Cherry, chocolate malt, and fresh hay aroma. Black with with small brown head. Moderately sweet cherry, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter/astringent hay flavor. Nice body. Solid.

Draft with dinner here. Cloudy dirty yellow brew. Nose is spicy rye and some piney hops. Tastes of grapefruit, quite pronounced rye, pine, lemon, black pepper. Crisp and zippy

Draft with dinner. Dark mahogany pour. Nose is fruity and bready. Tastes of jackfruit, wine, cinnamon, cakey bread. Odd brew but kinda good.
