(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 25 March 2025) Reddish brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of dark bread, chocolate and prunes. Malty taste with dark bread, dried fruit, prunes, chocolate and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Well balanced mild. Quite nice.

500ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Toffee, toasted malt and nuts on both the aroma and in the nutty and slightly bready taste.

500ml Bottle - Copper red. Bready malts, caramel and hints of dried fruit in the aroma. Malty taste with notes of raisins, caramel and toasted malt.

330ml Bottle - Copper red in colour. Raisins, leather and some boozy notes in the aroma. Rich, fruity and relatively sweet taste with notes of caramel, raisins and some strong boozy notes.

10/05/2025 Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö May tasting - toasted sweet malty with lots of prominent calvados character going in, apple brandy laced sweet caramel and toffee sweet malty, dried fruit shred, warming to boozy spiced apple brandy infused lingering malty finish. Great stuff.

Flaska från SB. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt krämigt skum. Knäckig och karamellig åt det mörka och lite brända hållet och med en tydlig gräsig beska stramare och torrare än vad stilen generellt är. Bra kropp med lite mjölig munkänsla. Gott

Fat @ Ölrepubliken. Maltdominerad och stiltypisk med inslag av kaffe och bröd. Tyvärr förstörs mycket av munkänslan som är alldeles för bubblig.
