Thank you for sharing people! Sampled bottled @ “Gouda Winterbier Festival 2016”. Dark amber, little head. Nose is oily, cloves, syrupy, sweetish, flat, honey. Taste is oily sweet, herbal, boring, empty, sugar, brown sugar,…. Meh, dull slaw of sugar mostly. Weird oily body. Little to this one.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Clear, dark brownish amber. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, brown sugar and nuts. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, brown sugar and nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Bottle sample at PINT Winterbierfestival ’16. Amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of brown sugar, amber malts, vienna lager, light spicy. Flavour of a weak strong vienna lager, nutty, some brown sugar, light but nasty grainy finish. Light bodied. Bad.

Bottle sampled at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear reddish brown with small beige head. Caramel, raw vegetables, slight cognac notes, brown sugar, dried grass. Medium sweet with vegetal bitterness. Medium bodied with slick feel.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is resin, caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth grainy malt, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

30cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, rotten fruits and grain. Taste of sweet malt, dry hops, grain, rotten fruits, not good!

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop, Culemborg. Hazy orange yellow with a white head. Typical weizen aroma and taste albeit a bit faint and watery. Not horrible but sub par.

Donkerrood ????? My ass .... Dit ding is fucking blond man !!! wtf, van de week een stuk gelezen dat deze brouwerij ander bier opkoopt en er een ander etiket opplakt. Of het waar is weten we nog niet, maar op t etiket donkerrood zetten terwijl het gewoon een blond bier is helpt natuurlijk niet mee !!! Ruikt mout, gist, kruidig. Smaken van pittige en kruidige tripel, mout, zoet, bitter,. Ik heb slechter bier gehad maar ik krijg obv de beschrijving van het etiket en de recente stukken in de pers toch het idee dat ik in het ootje wordt genomen ! Bij deze mijn gezouten mening 0.5 ! Ok ff laten bezinken, 0.5 is natuurlijk niet realistisch wat uiteindelijk is het geen dramatisch bier... Rating aangepast

Bottle @ home. Golden colour with a small white head. Smells malts, grains, sweetish. Tastes malts, grains, sweetish, still fresh even though it’s at least a year old now. Nice. Thin to medium body, nice carbo.
