(Poured from jug at Craft Beer Helsinki, 20220630) The beer poured straw coloured and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had banana, juniper, orange peel and coriander. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana, tartness, juniper, spiciness, coriander and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry and spicy. Not a proper sahti but decent brew in any case.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy pale amber, small head. Tart nose with grapefruit and grass. Dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruity tartness, not much Belgo yeast character. Mid bitter finish.

ABV: 5.3%. Cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, minerals - yeast, earthy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt - sweet fruit - sweet yeast, wheat, grass, earthy hops, minerals - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220505]

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #26, BBE 06/2020 Aroma has cocoa, licorice. Flavour has strong cocoa tones, ash, licorice. Grapefruity hoppiness in the finish. Finishes with burned toast bread. Good, I like the strong cocoa and dark chocolate tones here.

33 cl bottle @ Laitilan Kievari. Batch#51: BBE 04/2022 Aroma has tropical fruits and fruity saison yeast. Flavour has grapefruit, some herbal hops, fruits and hints of cereal-like malt. Dry finish. Interesting experiment.

Tap at Konepaja Biergarten Festival, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some tropical fruits, hops and malts. OK
