Draught. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bready biscuity and some grassy tones. Flavour is bready and biscuity and has a nice crisp grassy and herbal bitter bite to it. Nice lingering bitterness in the finish.

Draught@Oluthuone Panimomestari, Tampere. Ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, some nice sweet malts as well as some slight toffee and toast. Flavour is toffee, some nutty tones, mild herbs as well as some slight syrupy tones with quite much herbs and mild earth.

33 cl bottle @ office. Batch #3952, BBE 19.11.2023 Aroma has gastric acid, earthy tones. Also milk. Flavour has grapefruit, green apples, milk. Not exactly my thing.

Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Small, dark tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, dark fruits, plum? Lightly roasted, some dark chocolate. Taste: Dark malt, lightly roasted. (Keg at Plevna, 20230121) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, herbalness, resin, toffee and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, resin, bread, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin, malts and bitterness. The beer was too messy. Something porridge-like blocked all the hop notes.

(Keg at Plevna, 20230121) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, ripe pear, spiciness and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, ripe pears, floralness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A nice fruity and spicy brew. Bit messy.
