12 ounce can from Canal Winchester, 8/10/21. Hazy amber, minuscule floaties, large white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, grainy malt. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, mango, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitterness.

Can. Nearly black with with a thick beige nitro head. Beautiful. Dark choc and coffee aroma, roast, a little vanilla and dark berries, some dried fruit perhaps. Sweet flavour, bitter chocolate, mild roast, light jammy notes and a mild bitter finish. Smooth, flat carb. Lovely.

Tap at Brewdog Tower Hill. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine loose white head. Aroma is light grains, soapy, midget gems, green citrus. Grass. Palate is semi sweet moderate carbonation, sticky. Flavour is composed of lime cordial, dimple grains, ok,. Grass. Light mineral. Ok.

Canned 402ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized creamy beige head, mild chocolate and whiff of vanilla in the nose. Chocolate, cocoa powder, light vanilla and touch of coffee with dryish finish. Bit flat but drinkable.

On draught at BrewDog Leicester. Light yellow gold, clear with about one finger of thick white head. Grapefruit and tannic tea notes in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with more citrus juice and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Heavy carbonation. There's isn't a whole lot to it, but it is a perfectly balanced little APA, the type of thing I might've gone mad about ten years ago. Grows on me throughout. Certainly worth trying.

Keg at BD ABZ. It pours slightly hazy with a thick off-white head. The aroma is oily, sweet, fired apricot, peach, pithy, grapefruit, tangerine, herbal, spicy, tangy and marmalade. The taste is dry, bitter, snappy, peppery, spicy, earthy, grassy, herbal, pine needles, snappy, grapefruit, pomelo, lemon, minerality, lemongrass, nip of alcohol, caramel and light astringency. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent.
