Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus. Murky brownish color, small beige to light brown head. Aroma is malts, dark malts and smoke. Tastes about the same: malts, dark malts, smoke, slightly brown sugar. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle @ benzai. Adding +0.1 points for the name. Dark brown colour with a small beige head. Smells smoked, bacon, sweet, herbs. Tastes smoked, malts, sweet.. Not too smoked actually. Pretty nice actually. Best smoked beer I’ve had so far I think. It just works.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy amber colour with a small weird off-white head. Smells sweet, slightly minty, some herbs, slightly roasty. Tastes sweetish, some herbs, slightly roasty. Slightly velvetty, medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle from Burg Bieren, BB Sept 2015, large sample. Dark brown color, short frothy light brown head. Aroma of caramel malt, quite fruity, plum, cherry pits, slight grainy as well, hint of roast, slight spicy yeast, bit earthy hop. Soft sweetness in taste, slight malty bitterness. Quite decent balance between caramel malty sweetness and soft fruity notes. Interesting take on a bock beer.
