05/08/2019 - 75cl bottle from the brewery shared with Peter. Clear reddish brown with medium tanned head. Nose is dark malts, bit dark fruits, anise. Taste is dark malts, bit fruits, sirope de Liège, anice. Too much anice for me, I just don't like it.

01/08/2019 - small tasting glass @Peak Brewery. Clear red, small pinkish head. Nose is grains, blueberries, dry. Taste is grains, quite some blueberry, bit tannins, dry. Feared for a cloying sweet candy fruit beer but this was way better and original then expected

01/08/2019 - small tasting glass @Peak Brewery. Cloudy light yellow, big creamy white head. Nose is grains, bit fruit, bit spicy yeast. Taste is yeast, grains, hint of fruit. Nice and easy drinking, less yeast and a tad more hops would make ik a perfect thirstquencher.
