21/4/2023. Bottle shared by Erik & Co, many thanks. Åland rating #10. Pours very dark brown with a lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is hoppy, light roasted malts, citrus, resin, light coffee, bit soapy and waxy, with some dark fruits developing. Moderate sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, ligth prickly carbonation. Drying finish. Not bad.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity floral, toffee and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is toffee, some fruity, floral, mild wooden and bitter tones. Long bitter aftertaste.

Bottle@Zinc, Vaasa. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is grassy, tropical fruits, some floral and mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, some pineapple, kiwi and mild biscuity tones.

330ml bottle bought from djoeye. Slowly diminishing beige head leaving clingy lacing down the glass, coal black body. Roasted malty aromas, earthy and with a scent of pine. Balanced taste profile of pine, dark malts, and dark fruits, a bit doughy. Smooth dark malt-fruity finish with roasted bitterness. Fine depth. Likeable. (Tromsø, 02.04.2023).

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost colourless, no head. Aroma of elderflower apple juice. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. No sign of fermentation - tastes pretty much exactly like my morning juice.

Bottled@Zinc, Vaasa. Hazy orange colour with a huge off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some spices, tropical fruits and mild oaty tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, some bitterness, mild hopburn along with some toffeeish tones.

[ As Open Water Sundaze Cider ].
ABV: 4.9%. Clear light light yellow colour (almost crystal) with virtually no head. Aroma is elderflowers, light apple - peat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple - pear, elderflowers, sugary, medium dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20230305]

Bottled (thanks Roger Källman!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and mild catpissy elements. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild toffeeish and earthy tones along with some wooden elements. Slight spicy yeast to it as well.

Bottled (thanks Roger Källman!). Hazy yellowish orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is some citrus, mild toffee, some earth and mild yeasty tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffee and quite yeasty and spicy. Still good after several years after bottling date.
