On tap at a bar in Brussels. Clear brown with frothy tan head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is malty, with spices, sweet and candy sugar. Flavour is similar as aroma bready with marzipan notes. It has a final slightly bittery with an average duration. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Schlaffer, etwas metallerner Antrunk auf wässrigem Grundton. Dieser zeigt sich sonst nur etwas getreidig, was sich hinter die blecherne Muffigkeit stellt. Wenig hellmalzig, monoton, es ist wenig CO2 vorhanden, wodurch das Bier schal erscheint. Nun trocken, langweilig, etwas bitter. Schlecht! 9/5/5/6/4/5

33cl bottle. Pours amber-gold with steady bubbles and a very thin head. The noseis really subtle, with sweet malt aromas eventually coming through. The taste is of toffee, hazelnuts and cereal, like a toffee crisp bar in fact. The palate is medium bodied, not so refreshing but very drinkable. My overall impression is that it actually really grows on me.

Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is light malty and light peated smoke. Flavor is very sweet and slightly bitter. Thin bodied and soft. Much too sweet and unbalanced. 051210

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Spicy Tequila aroma. Medium body, sweet bonbon notes - no malty feel at all. Strange and artificial spicy sweet notes in the finish. Quite horrible actually. 200111

Can. Golden colour with an off-white head. . Aroma is hint of whiskey, vanilla, malt, frui. Flavour is vanilla, sweet, malt, fruit. Weird beer and too sweet in my opinion.

On tap at a bar in Paris. Little head to speak of, clear golden body. Aroma of grains and little else. Taste was very un-Christmassy, mostly grains and maybe a slight hint of spicy sweetness on the back end.
