A winterified tripel, some leftovers that didn't go into dinner. Unfortunately, they added ginger. Not a lot, though, so it was still pretty ok. For a tripel. Sweet, bit yeasty, some light spiciness. Clearly not for me, but not a bad beer.

Clear brown with an off-white head. Caramel aroma with some spices and bourbon. Sweet taste with a spicy boozy sweet finish.

Hazy dark golden with a white head. Coriander and citrus aroma. Sweet taste with a mild sour note. Low bitter finish. Decent.

Thuis uit een flesje. Roodbruin, en zeker niet te zoet bokbier, redelijk. Zachte smaak voor het percentage.

On tap at Taphuys Arnhem. A clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized fruits, butterscotch. Taste of moderate strong caramelized reddish malt and fruits.
