Bottle at Erzbierschof Zurich. Citric hops with little tropical fruit. Very crisp carbonation, but the medium body fights hard against it and finally wins. Then it’s bitter and sweet. The flavours there are a bit unspecified though. Palate stays a while, but is only bitter.
