Bottle. Chestnut, not too cloudy really, low tanned head. Light sweet aroma. Sweet fruity base (banana, melon, raisins, marzipan), medium to light body, fizzy muthfeel. Quick finish.

Prickelnder Antrunk, wenig hefig, herb werdend. Untertönig ist das Bier weiter erkennbar hefig, darüber liegt die Herbe, die nach und nach einen säuerlichen Touch erhält. Vom Antrunk wird das Bier kontinuierlich milder, kein Aroma entzieht sich dem. Im Abgang fast wässrig, wenig herb, die Hefigkeit ist nunmehr kaum noch zu erkennen, ebenso die im Antrunk noch in angenehmer Intensität vorhandene Fruchtigkeit (Banane). Eher langweilig. Der hefige Antrunk ist überaus süß und hintergründig leicht malzig. Die Süße bleibt stark, was ach durch eine leichte Verwässerung nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Aromenänderungen finden eigentlich nicht statt, die Hefigkeit bleibt ebenso wie die hintergründige Malzigkeit bis in den Nachgeschmack erhalten. Süß, hefig, in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Leicht fruchtiger Antrunk, leicht würzig. Im Mittelteil etwas getreidiger, die Würze steigert sich kurzzeitig und bleibt dann konstant. Der Hopfen ist ebenfalls ein nicht zu vernachlässigender Bestandteil, der zwar hintergründig agiert, dabei wie Würzigkeit aber unterstützt. Gutes Bier, es fehlt aber das gewisse Etwas. bottle. Looks like a Hefeweizen and tastes similar to a Hefeweizen. Cloudy amber colour, large head, aroma of fruit and yeast. Fruity flavours, malty hints of lemon and banana. Very yeasty.

Bottle at London Drinker BF 07. Cloudy pale gold with lasting white head. Bananary estery aroma is classy. Lemon. Deep lasting flavour. Excellent mouth feel. Smooth. Some cereal flavour. Really good balance of all the flavours and a brilliant weissbier.

(33cl bottle, as Hammer Pils) Slightly hazy, yellow colour with a short foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty, slightly buttery aroma with an aromatic hoppy blend. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Pale malty base, soft herbal notes, again buttery, but finishes dry and bitter hoppy. Aromatic and balanced Pils.
