Bottle shared. Hazy yellow golden with small head. Indeed some green apples and white grapes, wheat, quite some cellar notes, cider, lemon zest, grassy and citrussy hops. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Lovely.

I know what apples and elderberries are, but this is the first time having medlars. All around a nice blended multi-fruit cider.

Bottle pour at In de Wildeman, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak barrels, some wild bugs, and toasted bready malt. Flavour is moderately tart, with wild yeast, tartness, and some oak. A bit acidic but pretty interesting and decently constructed. Odd but decent.

Bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note floreali, di camomilla, erbe, leggero vinoso. In bocca è molto morbida, leggermente acida, delicata. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.

Super! Definitely get green apple and a bit of yogurt actually. Tart but not puckering. Amazing what you can do with hops, malts and yeast.

Aus der Flasche im 2023-10 getrunken. Dieses Ale wurde mit gelber Enzianwurzel, Bärenklau, Gagel und Zitronenverbene gebraut. Dies íst wieder so ein Kemker Gruit wo sich hervoragend der lange Ausbau in Rotweinfässern zeigt. Die fruchtige Säure und der Kräutereinsatz macht dieses Ale zu einer spannenden Entdeckungsfahrt. Der Gagel sorgt hier eine leichte Bitterkeit. Alles aber sehr gut balanciert.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.05.2024) im 2023-09 getrunken. Dieses Bier zeigt ein klassischen Deutschen Export-Stil Charakter mit leichter Hopfenbitterkeit und ein Hauch Blütenhonig im Abgang.
