Bottle. Pinkish orange color. Red berries in the vinous aroma and flavor. Tannines. A moderate but persistant sourness. Berry fruit lingering on in the aftertaste. Quite pleasant.

Fruity sourness. Deep intense fruity dry with hints of Brett. Fruity, slightly grainy. Easy to drink, very smooth mild sour with a very dry background. Mild fresh. Smooth and mild. Nice brew.
