Spritziger, fruchtig säuerlicher Beginn. Hell holzig, leicht süße Hintergrund, hohe Süffigkeit. Die Fasslagerung ist erkennbar und stärkt den trockenen Charackter des Bieres, würzig kräutrig, rund. Gut! 10/11/12/11/11/11

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of brett, some vegetables, grapes. Taste of mild sourish herbal malt, grapes, brett, some vegetables and apples, easy to drink.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet webshop, Grez Douceau, Belgium. Had this Friday 15th May 2020, still on CORVID-19 lockdown, listening to Breathless - Green to Blue. Extremely lively on the pour, lost about 25% of the bottle, thankfully but flukely I was pouring whilst near the sink. Pours hazy gold with a white head. A little floral, light funkiness, but the suggestion of sweetness. Taste is zappy and funky, fruity and tart, nice tingle/prickly on the tongue. Good.

375ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Tangy, slightly herbal-spicy, minimally fruity aroma, hints of orange, a touch of mild sauerkraut. Taste is tart, lactic, slightly zesty, citrusy, fruity, some residual sweetness with hints of grapesugar, notes of orange, mandarine, orange zest, mandarine peel, some yoghurt, a touch of black pepper. Oily-watery texture, minimally astringent palate, prickly, minimally coarse carbonation. Well matured, surprisingly sweet-ish and fruity - good.
