750ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Yeasty funky and minimally lactic aroma, woody overtones, some protein, hints of grapes, a touch of mustard, kefir. Taste is tart, tangy, tannic, lactic, and yeasty funky, slightly woody and vinous, notes of mustard, yoghurt, hints of kefir, soured milk, white grapes, a touch of horseradish, diluted hints of morello. Very complex, full of subtleties, superbly balanced. Very nice.

75cl bottle from the brewery. Fresh mild funky nose. The beer starts very soft and fruity. Nice smooth sourness, tart funk and straw in the back. Fruity mild, not too sour, more bitter tart funky. Bottle. Etre. Looks nothing like the RB description of this style of beer. Instead this is a hazed, slightly dirty, pale gold. Messy suds of lasting, just off white head. Nose has slightly sweet grain. Some privet leaf. Fresh cut lemon. Background notes of port barrel are fruity and a little earthy. Geueze like funk throughout. Taste has finely balanced tart, and bittersweet fruit. Medium body feels crisp and clean. Fine carbonation. Tart and soft acidity. Light tartness to finish. Very nice.

Fruity malty nose. Nice sourness, very dry. Fruity sourish finish, very mild and smooth, refreshing with a slightly caramelly fruity aftertaste.

Smooth mild sour beginning. Intense fruity woody, intense, mild roasted with a nice fruity plum and woody aftertaste. Nice balanced sourness / fruitiness. Refreshing and mild. Nice one.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro! Bit hazy light yellow golden with small white head. Wheat, white grapes, apricot, soft funk, lemon, soft white pepper, light grassy, lactic sourness. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied with slight dry finish. I like it!

ABV: 6.5%. Unclear medium red yellow (amber'ish) colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, berries - sloe berries, wine - red wine, light wood - woody. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, wheat, fruity yeast, wine - red wine barrel, berries - sloe berries, medium dry.
