Taste is tart, fruity, minimally bretty, funky, hints of unripe prunes, fruit acidic hints of unripe fruit in general, a touch of buttermilk, lemon, sorrel, unripe mandarine. Balanced, refreshing - nice.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, funk, and malt, leading to a to a tart finish.
