On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata scarica, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporca media. Al naso note vinose, citriche, di mela annurca, stalla, cantina, botte, leggero acetico. In bocca è appena dolce all'attacco con acido medio, citrica, tart, un po' dritta, lievissimo acetico. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male.

Keg at Mikkeller Berlin, 11/07/19. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric flesh, wood must, spelt, funk, toasted grains. Taste comprises soured fruits, wood must, stale bread, grains, lactic pinch. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. Interesting enough sour.
