Keg at Mikkeller Berlin, 11/07/19. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric flesh, wood must, spelt, funk, toasted grains. Taste comprises soured fruits, wood must, stale bread, grains, lactic pinch. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. Interesting enough sour.

750ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso splendido bouquet di sottobosco, timo, ginepro, anche un leggero floreale, balsamico, leggere note di frutta gialla e stalla. In bocca è splendida, acida decisa ma senza alcun eccesso né sbavatura, bilanciata, con finale leggermente pepato e erbe di sottobosco. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Spettacolare.

Clear medium golden color, a lot of small bubbles, small but
steady frothy white head. Aroma grain, lemon, apple, tart, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet, bitter and sour, apple, light lemon, spelt grain; sweet and sour and mild bitter aftertaste with grainy and earthy notes.Lively carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. A bit boorish feel but tasty and well-balanced.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, limpida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso tanto bretta, cuoio, merde de poule, frutta gialla acida. In bocca è acida citrica decisa, tart, di grande personalità. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male.

0.375 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', best before January 2010. Slow gusher. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, malty, slightly funky aroma of dried apricot, some honey and light brett. Moderately sweet, gently sour, rather yeasty, moderately fruity-floral taste of vegetables, dried apricot clove, some manure and a touch of honey, followed by a medium long, gently tart, fairly yeasty, quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Somewhat unclean, actually a bit off, not that pleasant. Has potential, but there's quite some room for improvement.
