Bottle from their online shop. Nice horse blanket with lots of funk. Fantastic dry sourness, funky. Lots of funk with a nice very bitter tart finish. Interesting and nice dry.

7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours murky pale brown with a tiny bubbly white head. Aroma of musty stewed cooking apples, overripe plums, light rhubarb, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and pancake syrup. Light sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, flat carbonation. More interesting than many German ciders.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, thanks Mat! Murky amber brown colour, no head and doughy, bready, cinnamon aroma. Taste is plums, candy, fruity, tart, with bready and yeasty notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart finish. OK

Sample thanks to Kolschtrinker. Pours misty gold, sparkling. Aroma has a creamy sweetness, wild funk, brett perhaps. Taste presents a curious blend of Kemkers trademark wild mixed ferm and lightly sweet German apple cider. Which i cant say ive ever tasted in a cider before, at least not like this. Very interesting, with lightly creamy saison esters. A light tang on the finish. Hopefully more like this will follow.

Sample thanks to Kolschtrinker! Pours a murky reddish purpleish brownish colour, no real head to speak of. Wild bacteria on the nose, distant berries. Taste has a good prickly wild character, fairly sharp and complex, gentle plum integration, a little more would’ve been welcome though it lingers nicely on the finish. Nice

Short 0,33 l bottle from Getränkefeinkost, Münster. Unclear pale golden in the glass with a more than two finger white foamy head. Dry tart smell. Taste starts unpleasant bitter dry grainy with yeast and low fruity background. Maybe the wrong beer today after a NEIPA. Medical in the aftertaste. Sorry ...

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours misty gold with large white head. Big and blossoming wild floral sweet nose. Taste continues with a bright fuzzy carbonation that lifts those complex, delicately sweet spiky floral flavours up and away, remaining lively fresh and invigorating until the end, unlike other 'wild' beers I've had of late. A wonderful beer from a promising brewery I'll be searching out more from.
