Bottle. Color: Hazy orange amber, white head. Aroma: Moderate tart, stonefruit, wild yeast funk. Taste: Moderate tart and moderate to medium bitter, moderate sweetness. Stonefruit, Lambic, Brett funk, mild white peppery, spicy yeast. Dry-ish and pretty smooth mouthfeel. Subtle notes of wood, lemon and orange zest. Medium to over medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one.

75cl bottle. A hazy dark golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild sourish red fruits, grapes, Cinnamon, brett. Taste of mild sourish plums, grapes, brett, reddish malt, good!

23.06.2019 -- 0.33l bottle from rewe in münster. pours a cloudy pale golden with a steady head. aroma of funk, balsamico, herbs. flavour of unripe apricots, funk, apples, lime. tart, with some grassy hoppy bitterness in the finish.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Slight gusher. Hazy yellow golden with big white head. Goaty funk, bitter hops, grassy, light wheat, herbal hops, cow dung. Quite bitter, light sweet. Very light sour. medium bodied. Pretty decent take on a De Ranke beer, I like it.

Magnum sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Slight hazy light golden, no head. Funky, dry apple, wod, tart lemon, herbal, mineral, quite earthy. Light sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied, quite dry. Quite intense apple taste. Nice cider!

On tap at In De Wildeman in Amsterdam. Dark brown muddy color with an irregular ivory foam. Nose: Brett and caramel, sweet bbq sauce. Peculiar and quite charming. Mouth: watery, easy going Brett-led porter, quite drinkable with reminiscences of caramel and balsamic.
