Bottle. Color: Hazy orange-red, fast disappering white head. Aroma: Fruity, funky. Taste: Grainy, spring water, fruity notes of plums and hints of sourish berries. Subtle farmyard funk. Moderate sweet and moderate (lactic) acid. Very light bitterness. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, average carbonation.

03-02-19 // at Markthalle 9 Berlin for Wurst and Bier. From a tap to a growler to my glass. Tasting with the brewer 🍻 - unclear glowing brown. Sweet rye and mild sour nose. Sour pumpernickel. Rye bread. Bitterness. Lovely.
